Returns and Refunds

We offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. Return the original within 30 days for a refund and place a new order for the finish you'd prefer.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and check your return. Bank-transfer refunds are usually issued within 5 working days of our request.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] before returning it. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or full refund.

For change-of-mind returns you cover return shipping and insurance. If an item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, Lunyon covers it.

Start your return through our returns portal with your order number and email. We'll confirm the return address; you arrange tracked, insured return shipping.

Made-to-order and special items can't be returned for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights if an item arrives damaged or faulty.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, complete with all parts and paperwork, and packed carefully for the return journey.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund of the item price, minus shipping and handling.

As soon as the return package has arrived and has been examined by us, we'll initiate the reimbursement process within 14 days via the respective payment method.
