How will I receive my refund?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and we have confirmed everything is in order, we process your refund and send you an email confirmation.

Card payments are refunded to the original card used for the order. For orders paid by bank transfer, we refund to a bank account you specify; our bank usually issues these within 5 working days of our request. How quickly a card refund appears on your statement then depends on your card provider.
