Which items can't be returned?

Most of our catalogue can be returned within 30 days under our change-of-mind policy. The main exception is made-to-order and special items, which are produced specifically for your order and therefore cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This exclusion does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described. In those cases, please contact us and we will put things right.
