I received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item - what should I do?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Faults are rare, but if something is not right we want to know straight away so we can fix it quickly.

Depending on the situation we will arrange a repair, a replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost to you.
