How do I start a return?

You can start a return through our returns portal. Have your order number and the email address used for the order to hand.

Once your return is registered we will confirm the return address to send your item back to. You arrange and pay for the return shipping, so please use a tracked, insured service and pack the product securely in its original packaging.

As soon as your return reaches our warehouse and we have checked that everything is in order, we will process your refund.
