Every Lunyon order is packed with protective materials to arrive in perfect condition. If anything arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.

EU orders have no extra customs charges. UK and international orders ship duty-unpaid, so import duties and taxes set by the destination country are payable by you.

After dispatch (1-2 business days), orders travel with DHL. We email a DHL tracking link with the estimated delivery date so you can follow your parcel.

In-stock items are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Made-to-order items have a longer lead time shown on the product page.

Shipping is free on orders over EUR 250. Below that, the cost depends on your destination and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Lunyon ships across the EU, to the UK, and to many international destinations. EU orders have no customs formalities; non-EU orders may incur import duties.
