Can I exchange an item for a different finish?

We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or finish, simply return the original item within 30 days for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

This keeps things fast and transparent: your new order ships as soon as it is placed, independently of your return being processed.
