How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return a product you have changed your mind about, for a full refund of the item price.

Refunds are issued minus the original shipping, handling and any other applicable charges. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all parts, accessories and original paperwork included.

Made-to-order and special items are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, a separate process applies and your statutory rights are unaffected.
