Since the majority of the initial requests ask for samples we went one step ahead and created a small box that we send out, for free, to designers that are interested in touching our materials, feeling the weight in their hands, observing the quality, the finishes or the temperature transfer.
The sample kit contains 2-3 devices, various plates and detail kits (screws, handles, rings etc) so you can get a sense of the actual materials and colors. We stand behind our products but nothing beats a hands-on experience does it?
This is a much bigger box, professionally made, that contains many of our products which are fully assembled and ready to display, physically in your shop or office. Depending on the initial evaluation of your business, we may send one for free or at a cost.
All designers benefit from a discount which is at least 20%. As with the sample box, the initial evaluation of your account dictates how big is the discount. Discounts are re-negociated yearly and also updated based on performance. This way we want to stay competitive and supportive and grow with you and your business.
We offer full flexibility for the aplicability of the discounts which can be offered using coupons for situations when the client pays or account-based discount for when you pay for the client.
We're agile so let's cut the corners here: you get to talk directly with the owners. We are invested and eager to help you. Your success is also ours and we know it. No hotline, and nothing lost between departments, because there aren't any.
In-stock items dispatch in 1–2 working days. Custom finishes and project quantities run 1-2 weeks, confirmed in writing before you commit. Give us your install date and we'll ring-fence the quantities.
If a date is going to slip, you hear it the moment we know, not on the morning of the handover. We'd rather lose the order.
We own the tooling, so a finish isn't discontinued by a supplier three countries away halfway through your project.
We're updating all our products and placing these files in the technical section so you can create and plan well in advance of the actual purchase.
Trade Accounts are intended for professionals including designers, architects, integrators, contractors and developers working on genuine projects.
Lunyon reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend or terminate any Trade Account at its discretion.
Trade pricing and associated benefits are provided exclusively to approved Trade Account holders.

* Trade pricing is confidential and must not be publicly displayed or advertised
Lunyon reserves the right to adjust pricing structures from time to time in response to market conditions and changes in material or operational costs.
We aim to take a fair and collaborative approach, and will communicate any significant changes with our trade partners in advance wherever reasonably possible.
Trade discounts are intended for:
* Use within client projects
* Professional specification and installation
* Approved resale within a project context
Trade discounts must not be used for:
* Unauthorised resale via third-party marketplaces
* Activity that damages brand positioning or perceived product value
* Non-commercial bulk purchasing
Lunyon may provide recommended retail pricing (RRP) as guidance to support brand positioning and consistency.
Trade partners remain independent in determining their own resale prices.
However, partners are expected to act in a manner that supports the overall positioning and integrity of the Lunyon brand.
Lunyon reserves the right to review, suspend or terminate Trade Accounts where pricing practices are considered to significantly harm brand perception or market positioning.
Trade pricing, rebate structures and commercial terms are provided on a confidential basis.
You agree not to disclose specific pricing, discounts or commercial arrangements to:
* Competitors
* Public platforms
* Unrelated third parties
This does not restrict:
* Sharing quotations with your end clients
Discussing pricing within a legitimate project context
Where applicable:
* Rebates and incentives are subject to verification
* Supporting materials (such as project content) may be required
* Rebates are issued following review and approval
All product images, branding and materials remain the property of Lunyon.
Approved Trade partners may use these materials for:
* Client presentations
* Project proposals
* Marketing within their own business
Materials must not be altered, misrepresented or used in a way that could damage the Lunyon brand.
Lunyon reserves the right to:
* Review Trade Account activity
* Adjust or withdraw Trade status if accounts are inactive or misused
* Update these Terms & Conditions at any time
Trade Account holders are responsible for ensuring correct specification, installation and use of products within their projects.
Lunyon shall not be liable for improper installation, misuse or application outside of recommended use.
By registering for and using a Lunyon Trade Account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
