What condition does a product need to be in to be returned?

So we can offer you a full refund, returned products need to reach us in a resaleable condition. Please make sure the item is:

• Unused and uninstalled
• In its original packaging
• Complete with all parts, fixings and accessories
• Returned with all original paperwork

Please pack the product carefully for its journey back to us. Items that arrive damaged because of inadequate return packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
